Introduction

Ingredients

2 lb. Lean ground beef (93%)
1 15 oz can tomato sauce
1 can Rotel Diced Tomatoes and Green Chiles
2 pkgs. Taco Seasoning
1 cup chopped onion
1 cup crushed (even stale is fine) tortilla chips
Directions
Preheat oven to 350. Reserve one cup tomato sauce and 2 Tblsp. taco seasoning, mixed together to be used later for topping. Mix remaining ingredients together in large bowl, and pour into greased 9X13 baking dish. Pat down and smooth top. Bake for 30 minutes, remove and pour remaining tomato sauce mixture on top and spread. Bake 15 more minutes or until done!
