Ingredients

    2 green bell peppers (sliced)
    3 tbsp of kikkoman's terriyaki green onion and garlic
    1 carrot (sliced)
    1 8oz bag of snap peas
    Uncle Ben's whole grain brown rice (1/2 cups uncooked, 2 cups cooked)


Directions

cook vegetables until tender
add 2 tbsp of sauce
cook rice
add rice to vegetables
add another tbsp of sauce
mix well.

Serving Size: Makes 2 big servings
