Introduction

Number of Servings: 10

Ingredients

    1 can mixed vegetables
    4 oz. tomato sauce (or 1 can Ro-tel)
    1 can cream style corn
    1 can whole kernel corn
    1/2 lb. ground turkey
    2 tsp. taco seasoning mix
    1/2 cup onion
    1/2 cup bell pepper
    1/2 cup green onion
    1 can kidney beans
    1 can black beans
    1 can pinto beans

    *water should be added to meet your own preference

Directions

Brown ground turkey, drain excess.

Add all other ingredients (including water) and bring to a boil.

Reduce heat and simmer for one hour.

Tastes great with tortilla strips, but be careful if you do because of the extra sodium, carbs, and calories!

Makes 10 servings.
