    1 can cannellini beans (white kidney beans), drained and rinsed
    1/2 cup quick cook oats
    2 Tbsp. pureed pumpkin
    2 tsp pure vanilla extract
    1/4 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1/4 tsp. salt
    3/4 tsp. cinnamon
    1.5 Tbs. canola oil
    1/3 cup Splenda brown sugar blend
    1/2 cup chocolate chips


Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Blend beans in a food processor until smooth. Add all other ingredients (except chocolate chips) and blend very well. (Blend until itís super-smooth.) Mix in chips, and pour into a pan sprayed with non stick cooking spray. (I used an 8-inch springform pan.) Bake for 30-35 minutes. Let stand at least 10 minutes before removing from the pan.
