Ingredients

    2 T Olive Oil
    1/2 Medium sized Cabbage, cored
    1/2 Medium sized Onion, chopped
    1 can white beans
    3/4 cup Arborio Rice, uncooked
    32 oz of Chicken Broth
    Thyme
    Sage
    Rosemary
    Salt

Directions

Heat 2 T OO in large stockpot.
Add Onion and cook until starting to soften.
Add Cabbage and cook until well combined with onion.
Add remaining ingredients (spices to taste) and additional water up to 4 cups, depending on how soupy you want your soup.
