    3 cups vegetable juice
    2 cups hot water
    1 pound beef for stew, cut into 1-inch cubes
    2 medium potatoes, peeled and cubed
    10 baby carrots, sliced
    1/2 cups frozen pearl onions
    1 cup frozen cut green beans
    1 cup Green Giant* Mexicorn
    1/4 cup chopped celery
    1/4 cup Hunt's* ketchup
    3 cubes Beef bouillon
    1/2 tsp black pepper


Combine all ingredients in a slow cooker and cook on low for 8 hours.
