    Brussels sprouts, fresh, 2 lbs
    Olive Oil, 2 tbsp
    Balsamic Vinegar, 2 tbsp
    Maple Syrup, 2 tbsp
    Salt, 0.5 tsp


Clean and trim ends of sprouts. Cut in half. Toss brussels sprouts with remaining ingredients and spread on a cookie sheet coated with cooking spray. Bake at 425* for 30-40 minutes, until browned and tender.
