    2 onions chopped
    2 cloves of garlic
    1 can - 28 ounce - stewed tomatoes
    1/3 cup molasses
    1/4 cider vinegar
    3 tblesp brown sugar
    2 tsp chili powder
    1 tsp salt
    1/2 tsp pepper
    3 pounds of pork shoulder
    3 tblesp flour


In slow cooker combine onions, garlic, tomatoes,molasses, vinegar, sugar,chili powder, salt and pepper - top with pork.
cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours until pork is tender

remove pork to platter - cover with foil to keep warm.

whisk flour with 1/4 cup of water until smooth, whisk into saucey mixture in slow cooker. Cook on high for 30 minutes until thickened

seperate pork into portions and serve with sauce.

( or just put pork back into slow cooker and allow to heat up)
