    5 cups shredded cabbage
    1 1/2 cups shredded carrot
    1 tablespoon toasted sesame seeds

    1/4 cup lime juice
    1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
    2 tablespoons olive oil


Combine all the dressing ingredients in a small mixing bowl and whisk until blended.
Toss with the shredded cabbage and carrot. Stir in the sesame seeds.
