Ingredients

    1 lb. Ground Lean Beef
    1 Can Tomato Juice
    1 Large Can Petite Diced Tomatoes
    2 Cans Chili Beans
    1 Can Kidney Beans
    1 Medium Onion
    1 Green Pepper
    1 Can Whole Kernel Corn
    Schilling Chili Seasoning packet
    Chili Powder
    Chopped Garlic

Directions

Brown ground beef, chopped onion, green pepper, 1 tsp. chili powder and chopped garlic. Add diced tomatoes, beans, corn and seasoning packet. Simmer on med-low heat for 30 minutes.

Serving Size: Makes approximately 20 1-Cup Servings
