Ingredients

    orange roughy fish
    3 orange slices
    orange juice
    chopped green onion
    dash garlic powder
    dash onion powder
    salt and pepper to taste
    stevia to taste

Directions

Put fish on aluminum foil. Mix with juice and spices.
Top with orange slices. Enfold and put on barbeque or in the stove at 350 degrees for 10/15 minutes until ripe.

Serve with juices and orange slices.
