Ingredients

    1 Anjou Pear with peel, diced
    1 Granny Smith Apple with peel, diced
    1/4 cup of craisins
    1/4 cup frozen apple juice concentrate, unsweetened
    1/2 tsp of ground apple pie spice
    2tsp-1tbsp of sugar or sugar substitue

Tips

Add granola to make it more of a breakfast food.

Add whip cream, ice cream, or a graham cracker pie crust to make it more a of dessert.

Its' very easy to make more for a crowd, and can be kept warm at pot lucks in a crock pot


Directions

Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees.

Combine diced fruit, Craisins, and juice concentrat to 9" baking dish

Combine Sugar and apple pie spice and toss with fruit mixture

Bake for 25 min or until fruit is Tender. Stir occasionally.
