    Chia Seeds, Black, 0.25 cup
    Old Fashioned Quaker Oatmeal- Plain 1 & 3/4 Cups
    Multi-Grain Cheerios, 1 cup
    Flax Seed Meal (ground flax), 1/8 Cup
    Agave Light Blue Organic, 8 tbsp
    Skippy Natural Creamy Peanut Butter, 1/3 C
    Vanilla Extract, 1 tsp

Directions

Mix dry ingredients
