Ingredients

    1 Low in Carb Tortilla

    1/2 Cup of Lightly Sauced Creamed Spinach (heated according to package directions)

    1/4 Cup Pizza Sauce

    1/4 Cup Reduced Fat Mozzarella Cheese

    Lightly spray both sides of a Low Carb Tortilla with Light Cooking Spray. Place on Baking Sheet in Pre-heated 350 degree oven for about 2 to 3 minutes, or until slightly crisp, flipping once.

    Take out of oven and layer tortilla with pizza sauce, creamed spinach, and cheese.

    Place back into 350 degree oven until cheese is melted or desired doneness.

    Variations~ I have made this pizza with and without pizza sauce.

    Top with any variety of vegetable. A favorite in our home is to top this spinach pizza with mushrooms. My children prefer to leave off the spinach and top with cheese and veggies. The options are endless.

    Adjust calories according to your preferences.
