    3 cups cooked rice
    1 large can cooked chicken
    1 cup cream of chicken soup
    1 cup sour cream
    1 sleeve ritz crackers


Place cooked rice on the bottom of a 9" x 13" pan. Mix chicken soup and sour cream (salt and pepper to taste) Pour over top. Crush crackers and put them on top. (Original receive calls for marg., but I omitted to cut calories and fat.) Bake at 350 degrees for 30 min or until bubbly. Do not overbake
