    White Rice, long grain, 5 cup (Cooked)
    Chinese Sausage, 4 serving (chopped)
    Brussels sprouts, fresh, 1 cup (chopped)
    *Canola Oil, 2 tbsp
    Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped
    Egg, fresh, 3 large (beaten)
    Sesame Oil, 1 1tsp
    *Soy Sauce, 1 tbsp
    Salt, 1 tsp


Get a big wok, put the oil, with the salt, let it smoke, pour the cooked rice into the wok, moving the rice, by lifting the wok back and forward, do not let it stick, do this for 5-7 min. push the rice to one side of the wok, put the empty side on top of the flame, pour a little oil, and the onions, saute the onions until traslucent, add the chinese sausages (chopped) and do the same, add the brusel sprouts (chopped) and start mixing with the rice, little by little until all the ingredients are mixed, moving the wok continuously, add sesame oil & soy sauce to taste, and serve.
