Introduction

Without the spices, it's just healthy. With them... it's PUMPKIN PIE for breakfast! Without the spices, it's just healthy. With them... it's PUMPKIN PIE for breakfast!

Ingredients

    1/2 c quick cooking oats
    1 TBS ground flax seed
    1/2 tsp ground ginger
    1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
    1/8 tsp ground nutmeg

    1 c Almond Breeze unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk
    2 TBS canned pumpkin

Tips

Over 8 grams of fiber, and just 2 grams of sugar. If you need it a little sweeter, try 1 tsp of maple syrup.


Directions

Place all dry ingredients in a microwave safe bowl. Add about half of the almond milk and stir. Microwave for 1:30 to 2:00 minutes, long enough for the quick oats to cook. Stir in the pumpkin, and the remainder of the almond milk (or to your preference on oatmeal thickness
