great and easy to make for salads great and easy to make for salads

Lemon juice (juice of one lemon)
small teaspoon of honey (clear or clover)
    olive oil two tbsp
    Balsamic vinegar 1 tbsp
    Garlic clove
    salt and pepper to taste.

Depending on your taste you can leave out garlic. This is enough dressing for a large salad. I always taste first to ensure there is not too much honey.

our salads have lots of lettuce, tomatoes, carrot, cucumber and grilled pumpkin seeds, almonds, sunflower seeds ( cold) . We sometimes add grilled houlumi again cooled down.

throw it all into a blended for about a minute. If honey is solid melt in microwave for a few seconds. Pour over salad just before serving. Keeps well in the fridge.

Serving Size: this is enough for a good sized salad

Number of Servings: 5
