    2 tsp olive oil
    1 bell pepper, chopped
    2 cups chopped broccoli
    2 tbsp garlic, chopped
    1 can diced tomatoes, no salt added
    1 can tomato sauce (8 oz)
    Cajun seasoning, to taste
    12 oz shrimp, precooked
    1 tbsp flour
    2 tbsp water
    2 tsp worcestershire sauce
    2 tsp Frank's buffalo sauce


I served this over brown rice (not included in nutritional facts). It also would be good with quinoa.


Heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add bell pepper, broccoli and garlic. Saute until starting to brown. Add tomatoes, tomato sauce and cajun seasoning. Bring to a boil, then reduce to low and simmer for 25 minutes.
Make a slurry with the flour and water. Add to the mixture and cook for another 5 mins. Sprinkle shrimp with cajun seasoning then add along with worcestershire sauce and hot sauce. Cook for 5 mins or until shrimp is heated. Add more cajun seasoning or other seasonings as needed.
