20 oz of Lean Stew Meat
1 bag of Frozen Peppers and Onions
2.5 cups of cooked brown rice
    2 tbsp of Truvia
    3 tbsp of Soy Sauce
    Kroger 30 min. Teriyaki Marinade

In a crockpot, place your lean stew meat and cover with teriyaki marinade. Cook on low for 4-6 hours.

Microwave a bag of your frozen onions and peppers. Once done, add some soy sauce and any other flavorings you like.

Prepare your brown rice (I buy the microwave bags) and in a bowl mix with cinnamon and Truvia to taste.

Mix the peppes and rice together and then divide into 5 servings in your storage containers. When the stew meat is done, top the rice with it and you got lunch or dinner for a week!
