These "meatballs" are made using a muffin pan. These "meatballs" are made using a muffin pan.
Number of Servings: 14


    2 lbs of Ground Beef ( 90/10 is best for less shrinkage)
    1/4 c Oatmeal
    4 T Ketchup
    2 T Tennessee Sunshine Hot Sauce (or any other kind)
    1 T Minced Dried Garlic
    2 T Chopped Dried Onion
    1 T Black Pepper
    1 tsp Salt
    1 tsp Chili Powder


These can be served as an appetizer, added to spaghetti, soups, salads, sandwiches, or however you choose to serve or eat them...enjoy


Mix all ingredients thoroughly. Scoop 2 Tablespoons of mixture into each muffin. You can flatten the top or can roll up into balls. Cook for about 15 minutes. Check to make sure completely cooked. Remove balls from tin and place onto paper towels to drain.

Serving Size: makes 28 mini meat muffins/meatballs
