    7 whole eggs
    5 egg whites
    1/4 cup skim milk non fat
    1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
    3 turkey sausages cut into small pieces
    1 yellow bell pepper diced
    3/4 cup salsa


Mix all ingredients together, pour into muffin tray (use liners) and bake for 30 minutes at 375

Serving Size: Makes 18 egg muffins
