Ingredients

    5--6 small red potatoes
    season salt to taste
    granulated garlic to taste
    3 tbsp B&B margerine
    1/2 c. non-fat milk

Directions

Wash then chop pototoes in quarters. Preheat oven to 400. Spray a cookie sheet and place potatoes on sheet. Spray potatoes. Sprinkle with season salt and granulated garlic. Cook about 40 minutes or until fork tender. In a pot over medium heat, mash potatoes, butter, and milk until desired consistency.
