Number of Servings: 8


    1 pound macaroni
    2 tbsp. butter
    2 tsp. salt, mixed with 2 tsp. hot water
    2 cups milk
    2 eggs, wisked
    4 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese, divided


You can add bacon bits or pieces of ham for additional flavor and protein.


1) Cook macaroni according to package directions and drain.
2) Combine macaroni with 3 cups of cheese and remaining ingredients. Place in a large baking dish and add remaining 1 cup cheese across the top.
3) Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes

Serving Size: Makes roughly 8 servings
