Ingredients

    shrimp
    garlic
    red pepper
    onion
    white wine
    butter
    olive oil
    cheese
    red pepper flakes
    crushed hot peppers

Directions

saute onion, peppers and garlic in olive oil and butter had flakes and crushed pepper with hot sauce. Add wine and then detailed shrimp cover till shrimp almost done. Top with cheese and place under preheated broiler until cheese melted. serve with sliced italian bread
