Ingredients

    Green bell peppers (1/2 pepper, chopped)
    Yellow bell peppers (1/2 pepper, chopped)
    Fresh mushrooms (1 cup pieces)
    Red tomato (1/2 tomato, chopped)
    1 box of Barilla rotini, cooked
    1 jar of Prego Veggie Smart, Chunky and Savory spaghetti sauce

Tips

I like to serve this with a bit of protein (such as fish or pork) and a Pillsbury biscuit. :)


Directions

Cook noodles as directed on box.
Chop up vegetables, cook in spaghetti sauce in separate pan.
When both noodles and sauce are cooked and ready, combine, stir, and let them simmer a little together.
Serve and enjoy!

Serving Size: Feeds 6-8 people for dinner!
