    *Pasta, Lasagna Noodles, 24 oz
    Ground beef, lean, 24 oz
    Cottage Cheese, 1% Milkfat, 32 oz
    Mushrooms, fresh, 4 cup, pieces or slices
    Spinach, frozen, 1 package (10 oz) yields
    *parmesian cheese, 10 tsp
    Onions, raw, .25 cup, chopped
    *Spaghetti/Marinara Sauce (tomato sauce), 8 cup
    Cheddar Cheese, 4 cup, shredded


I do not pre cook any lasagna noodles, make sure your pasta sauce is especially juicy, the noodles will soak it up.
