Number of Servings: 4


    10 oz sliced beef (roast or flank steak...)
    2 c crushed tomatoes
    1/2 bell pepper (your choice of colour) - I prefer yellow
    1 stalk of celery
    1 small onion
    2 Tbsp Lea & Perrins
    2 tsp mustard (I prefer dry mustard, but couldn't find it in the ingredients list)
    2 cloves of garlic - minced
    1 6-8 inch zucchini - sliced thin
    1 tbsp balsamic vinegar (but white will do in a pinch)


Thinly chop the onion, celery, zucchini and yellow pepper.
Thinly slice the beef into thin strips.

In a non stick frying pan brown the beef slices. Add the vegetables, garlic, and the rest of the ingredients. Simmer until vegetables are soft. Add more worcestershire sauce, and black pepper to taste.
