Introduction

Ingredients

    .5 lb ground beef, cooked
    .5 lb ground turkey, cooked
    2 c cooked rice
    .5 c chopped green pepper
    1 can corn
    .5 c salsa
    .5 c southwestern ranch dip
    taco seasoning
    garlic

Directions

Cook green pepper, meat, seasoning, and garlic together and drain. Mix the rest of the ingredients together in with the meat. If you aren't being lazy like I was, you can put it in a casserole dish and sprinkle cheese on top. Warm in the oven until cheese melts!
