    One pie crust, top and bottom. Home made or frozen, its up to you.
    1Lbs ground beef.
    1Lbs ground pork
    1tsp salt-1tsp pepper
    1tsp ground cumin
    1tsp poultry seasoning
    1tsp garlic powder
    1beaten egg


Prepare pie crust as instructed.
Brown beef and pork in a pan.
Put mixture into a bowl, add all seasonings and let cool.
When cool add the beaten egg, and pour into unbaked pie shell.
Put on top of pie shell and bake at 350 for about 30 mins or until golden brown on the top.
Let cool, slice, and serve with ketchup/relish/ or horse radish.
