    1/2 cup warm water
    1 envelope yeast
    1 1/4 cup water at room temperature
    2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
    4 cups bread flour
    1 1/2 teaspoon salt
    1/2 cups pizza sauce
    3 1/2 cups mozzarella cheese

    Measure warm water in bowl. Add yeast let stand 5 minutes. Add room temperature water and oil. Slowly add flour and salt. Knead 5 minutes or until smooth and elastic. Put in bowl cover and let rise in warm place until doubled around 2 hours. Press dough to deflate. Heat oven to 500. Divide dough into 2 pieces and form each into a smooth ball and cover with damp cloth. Let dough relax 10 minutes. Shape into crust place each crust on pizza pan. Cover with sauce and cheese. Bake 8-12 mintes.
