Introduction

Using frozen chicken and veggies from Kroger. Fast and easy. Using frozen chicken and veggies from Kroger. Fast and easy.

Ingredients

    1 bag cut italian green beans
    1 bag cut okra
    1 bag california style vegeatbles
    5 chicken breast cutlets
    1 can peeled tomatoes
    1/2 c dry barley
    1/2 bag 3 pepper & onion blend
    3 quarts water

Directions

throw everything together in large stockpot or slow cooker and cook on low for about 4 hours. And spices and salt to taste, this is just a very basic recipe using veggies I had on hand one day.

Serving Size: didn't measure total soup pot, but looks like about 12 one cup servings
