    Red Ripe Tomatoes, 3 medium, diced
    Jalapeno Peppers, 2 peppers diced
    Onions, raw, .75 large diced
    Beef, t-bone steak,(or any taco beef) 8 oz chopped
    Brown Rice, long grain, 1 cup uncooked
    Beef flavor boullion powder - 1 tbs

    Olive oils 2 tbs


I have shredded cabage as a side too. No tortilla for me but my DH had some. You can make tacos with this just add the tortillas calories.



Steam the brown rice with a little of salt in it if you want and set aside (this will be your side dish ) I did spray "i can believe is not butter" on my plate

saute the onions and then add the meat and light brown, add the beef boullion mix and taste, finish with salt and pepper, taste. keep browning the meat (until your preference) then add tomatoes and cover for 5 min, mix and taste. At this point is ready to serve.
