I love pizza and the combination of ingredients that is found on a slice. I was hesitant when I first found this soup but boy was I surprised. Ingredients

1 1.4 cups fresh sliced mushrooms
1/2 cups finely diced onion
1tsp olive oil
2 cup water
16 oz pizza/marinara sauce
1 cup diced tomatoes
1/4 cup parmesan cheese
4 oz ground turkey
15 jumbo black olives
15-20 green olives
2 slices canadian bacon diced
2 servings turkey pepperoni, cut in half
1/4 tsp italian seasoning
Tips
Garnish with Mozzerella cheese at the end if you would like
Directions
In a sauce pain, heat oil over medium heat. Saute mushrooms and onion in oil for 2-3 minutes or until tender
Cook turkey over medium temp until cooked through.
To the onion, mushroom mixture add pizza sauce, tomatoes, pepperoni canadian bacon, black and green olives. Cover and bring to a boil. Reduce heat, cover, and simmer for 20 minutes. Stirring occasionally.
Before serving, stir in Parmesan cheese.
Serving Size: Makes 4 servings
