Ingredients

    Non-fat plain Greek yogurt
    diet cranberry juice
    pasteurized egg whites
    frozen raspberries
    Splenda

Tips

Any Greek plain non fat yogurt will work.
Any frozen berries or fruit.
Any no-cal sweetener.
Easily doubled.


Directions

Measure 1 c diet cranberry juice into blender.
Add 1/2 cup plain fat free Greek yogurt,
6T liquid egg whites,
1 cup of frozen raspberries
and 1 Splenda.
Blend until smooth.
