Ingredients

    4 c. swiss chard, chopped (1 bunch)
    1 medium onion
    1 T. olive oil
    .5 T butter
    salt and pepper to taste

Directions

Chop stems of swiss chard into 1/4" pieces. Chop leaves into 1" pieces. Slice or chop onion and chard stems in the olive oil and butter until the onions are transparent. Add the leaves and cook until wilted. Salt and pepper to taste.
