A simple hash to make for breakfast. I like to top mine with a fried egg. A simple hash to make for breakfast. I like to top mine with a fried egg.
Number of Servings: 4


    2 Potatoes, 1/4 in. dice. (500g)
    1/2 medium Onion, diced. (140g)
    2 small or 1 large clove Garlic, minced
    Cooking Spray
    1 TBSP Olive Oil

    Spice Mixture:
    1/2 TBSP Parsley
    1/2 tsp Paprika
    1/4 tsp Black Pepper
    1/8 tsp Salt
    1/8 tsp Crushed Red Pepper Flakes


Spray skillet with Cooking Spray and heat on medium heat. When hot, add potatoes and cook until lightly browned.

When potatoes are lightly browned, add onions and garlic to the mixture and cook until potatoes are done. They should have a nice crust and be easily pierced by a fork.

Once potatoes are done, add spice mixture and toss to coat.

Serving Size: Makes 4 servings of 131g each.
