    1 pound extra lean ground beef
    1 egg
    1/2 tablespoon Chia Flour (or ground Chia Seeds)
    1/4 teaspoon salt
    1/4 teaspoon salt substitute
    1/4 teaspoon ground coriander
    1/4 teaspoon ground cumin
    2 tablespoons Salsa


Mix all of the ingredents together thoroughly.

Bake in a small loaf pan for 35 to 45 minutes at 350 degrees. Use a meat thermometer to ensure the loaf is done.

Serving Size: Makes 10 or 11 one oz lunch portions
