    Green Peppers (bell peppers), 1 cup, chopped (remove)
    Onions, raw, 1 large (remove)
    Red Ripe Tomatoes, 1 medium whole (2-3/5" dia) (remove)
    *Goya Dark Kidney Beans (one can=439 grams), 439 gram(s) (remove)
    *15 oz can tomato sauce, 1 serving (remove)
    Pumpkin, cooked, 1.5 cup, mashed (remove)
    Yellow Sweet Corn, Frozen, 1. cup kernels (remove)
    *Beer - Real Ale Brewhouse Brown Ale ???, 12 oz (remove)
    Basil, garlic, chili powder, cumin, chipotle powder to taste


Really, anything goes. To make vegan/vegetarian, substitute 2 bags of "veggie" or soy crumbles for the beef.


Brown the beef, add all ingredients into crock pot. Set to high, let stew for 3-8 hours.

Serving Size: Makes 8 (15 oz?) servings (two ladel-fuls = 1 serving)
