    1 chicken breast, no skin
    1 cup shredded lettuce
    1 oz banana pepper slices
    1 oz jalapeno slices
    2 small, fresh mushrooms
    4 slices tomato, cut into strips
    4 low fat low carb tortillas (La Banderita wheat)
    1/8 cup part skim milk shredded mozarella cheese


Boil chicken until cooked through. Place in a bowl and shred with a fork. Place 1 tortilla in microwave and cook 15 seconds. Place desired toppings on top of tortillas, fold up one side to keep from falling out the bottom. Overlap 2 of the remaining "sides" to make a wrap.

Serving Size: Makes 4 wraps, toppings divided evenly
