Ingredients

    Baby Carrots, raw, 12 large
    Pineapple, fresh, 58 grams
    Oranges, fresh, navels, 1 fruit (2-7/8" dia)
    Sweet potato, cooked, baked in skin, without salt, 1/2
    *Pumpkin Pie spice,1 tsp
    Olive Oil, 1tsp
    Salt - Iodized Sea Salt, 1/8 tsp

Directions

Cut carrots and potatoes . Boil w/ 1/2 of the cake spice and salt. Heat oil in skillet add drained carrots and potatoes, and cut peeled orange, and pineapple and remainder of spice.
Serve Sprinkle w/ additional spice if desired.
