    Beef, round steak, 2.5 lb (remove)
    Shallots, 3 tbsp chopped (remove)
    Whiskey, 2 fl oz (remove)
    Tarragon, ground, 1 tbsp (remove)
    Thyme, ground, 1 tbsp (remove)
    Sour Cream, reduced fat, .5 cup (remove)
    Mayonnaise, Hellman's Light, 5 tbsp (remove)
    *Horseradish, 2 tbsp (remove)

Directions

combine roast, cognac, shallots & spices. Marinate 2 hours+.

Preheat to 450
bake at 450 for 40 minutes, until med rare.

Combine sour cream, horseradish and mayo. serve w. roast.
