    6oz ground turkey
    1 cup crushed whole wheat saltines
    2 tbsp pickle relish ( love it! )
    2 green onions chopped
    1 cup green bell pepper chopped
    1 whole large tomato
    2 large egg whites only
    and about 3tbsp of ketchup


for added heat add one jalapenos with seeds or just crushed red pepper.


get a big bowl add turkey, crushed saltines, relish, onions, bell peppers and mix in bowl. season to taste i usually use sea salt and ground black pepper. With a food processor get the large tomato and blend tomato to the consistancy that u desire i like mine like sauce. if u like it chunky that would be fine add tomato and egg whites and mix well. place in a loaf pan bake for about 30 min. when done spread the ketchup on top and enjoy!!
