So delicious, so simple, so light! So delicious, so simple, so light!
Number of Servings: 6

    2 Tbsp-Earth Balance
    1/2 cup popcorn kernels

Essentially- one tablespoon of Earth Balance per 4 tablespoons of kernels.

Don't walk away from the pot.

Place a large pot on the stove, and add the two tablespoons of Earth Balance, followed by the 1/2 cup of unpopped kernels.

Cover the pot! The pot should remain covered at all times through the cooking process.

turn the stove on high.

when you hear the Earth Balance melting, lift the pot from the stove lightly and swirl the pot so that the Earth balance distributes around the bottom of the pot and kernels.

When you start hearing popping, shake the pot a bit. Do so again after a few seconds; it help move the kernels around.

Rapid popping should take place. When the popping starts to slow, shake the pot again.

After the popping further slows (after about a few more seconds), remove the pot from the fire.

When the popping has stopped, it is now safe to remove the lid.

Serving Size: Makes about 6 two-cup servings
