Number of Servings: 16


    Carrots, 1.5 cup, grated
    Banana, fresh, 1/2 cup, mashed
    Granulated Sugar, 1/2 cup
    Egg, fresh, 1 large
    Vanilla Extract, 1/2 tsp
    Flour, white, 1 cup
    Baking Soda, 1/2 tsp
    Baking Powder, 3 tsp
    Apple Sause, 1/4 cup
    Nestle Toll House Mini Morsels, 4 tbsp

    Mix Carrots, Banana, Sugar, Egg, Vanilla and Cocolate Chips.
    Sift in outher fry ingredients.
    Add Apple Sauce


Cook at 350 for 15-20 minutes

Serving Size: 1 muffin; makes 16
