Number of Servings: 30

Ingredients

    bananas - 1 cup mashed
    sugar - 1 cup
    orange juice - 1 oz
    lemon juice - 1 oz

Directions

Peel bananas and puree with orange juice and lemon juice.
Melt sugar over low heat.
Add puree and continue to heat to gel point (approximately 217 - 221 degrees).
Pour into prepared jelly jar and either can using hot water process or refrigerate.
