Ingredients

    1.5 Tb rosemary, chopped
    juice of 1/2 a lemon
    zest of one lemon
    1Tb EVOO
    2 cloves of garlic, minced

Tips

put under broiler for 5 minutes, then put fish on a lower rack to finish baking-- watch to make sure the herbs and garlic don't burn under the broiler.


Directions

mix all ingredients together and rub on fish prior to broiling

Serving Size: makes enough for 1.5 lbs of fish fillet
