Number of Servings: 12


    1 cup rolled oats
    1 cup whole wheat flour
    1 tablespoon baking powder
    1/2 teaspoon salt
    1/3 cup sugar
    1/2 mashed banana
    1/3 cup applesauce (natural / NSA)
    3/4 cup 1% milk
    1/4 cup walnuts, chopped into chunks


Standard prep for muffins.

Preheat oven to 350.

Mix dry.
Mix wet minus milk.
Add wet to dry, stir in milk.
Scoop into muffin tray, about 3/4 way full per compartment.
Bake at 350 for about 15 minutes. Careful not to overcook.
Let them cool, and enjoy!
