    Collard Green Leaves 16 oz, chopped
    Onions, 1 large, chopped
    Sweet potato, 1 cup, cubed
    Red Ripe Tomatoes, 1 large whole, diced
    Jalapeno Peppers, 1 pepper, minced
    Olive Oil, 2 tbsp
    Garlic, 5 clove, minced
    Salt, 1 tsp


1. Saute onions and garlic in olive oil.
2. Mix sauteed mixture with remaining ingredients in slow cooker.
3. Cook on high for 60 minutes.
