Ingredients

    1.5 cup water, .333 cup oil, .25 cup honey, 1 large egg, 4.5 cups whole wheat, 2 Tbsp soy lecithin granules, 2 tsp salt, 1 tsp vital wheat gluten, 2 packets regular yeast (not rapid rise)

Directions

Put ingredients in bread machine in order. Set for "dough." When ready pull dough out and divide into 16 balls. Bake in oven at 350 degrees for 25 minutes.
